By Oxford shirt, it reminds me of those traditional Ralph Lauren shirts. Medium thickness, not silky smooth and thin, for the fabric. It's definitely not wrinkle-free. The tag says 100% cotton (which I like) and made in Vietnam. I wear 15.5 x 33 shirts. This size M fits me perfectly. It's slim cut as described, which makes it look less baggy. It's actually for my son for his prom. He usually wears the same shirt size as me. However, since he is more muscular, the neck, shoulder and chest areas are a little tight. I highly recommend this inexpensive and decent shirt.

This is a very nice shirt, good quality, reasonable cost. I am 6'-3", 190 lbs. ,33" waist, 44 chest, a slim (not so young anymore) athletic build:)The Medium size was a good chest & waist fit for a slim fit look, but the arms were too short. I had to go with a Large size for the sleeve length. With the Large size, the chest is good, but the waist is a too loose for me to be a "slim fit". I am keeping the shirt anyway, it's very comfortable with soft & thick material.

First, ignore any review that says the cloth of this shirt is too thick. People, it's an Oxford shirt. The definition of an Oxford shirt is that it's made from Oxford cloth. What's Oxford cloth? Cotton in a basket weave. It makes the shirt durable and a bit more casual than a dress shirt. Generally, you can't find a quality one for under $30 and to even get one at that price you have to do a multi-buy.This is a well constructed Oxford shirt that meets the criteria of being made from Oxford cloth and that it has button down collars. The slim-fit is legitimate and flatters the fit wearer. If you're rocking a dad bod, you may want to steer clear of this fit and go for the regular fit as it will flatter that figure much better.The only question I can't answer yet is how durable this shirt will be. It seems some reviewers have had trouble with buttons falling off etc... But assuming the work holds up, it looks like a legitimate steal at under $20.

I like Amazon Essential products they’re just as good as any other brand out there. I love the quality & feel of the shirt. It’s not thin & flimsy, it’s robust & durable. If you’re looking for a uniform shirt that will stand up to multiple washes, is easy to maintain & durable, look no further. It fits as expected my son is 15 & 6”1’ so it’s hard finding clothes to fit him because he’s tall & thin but I never had a problem with these shirts they fit him perfectly. It can also be worn as a dress shirt the quality of the shirt is that good. Hope this helps you out making a decision.

We purchased this shirt as part of a western costume, as well as a vest. My husband loved the shirt. We ordered size large.

Let's start with the positives. The quality of the cloth is great, it's a heavier cotton, but feels soft and durable. The overall slim fit cut was great too. The shoulders were a tiny bit too boxy for me personally, but I didn't wash it to see if the shirt would shrink and solve that issue.The problem with this shirt is that it doesn't get the details right. It's almost like they just took a regular shirt and decided to produce it in a slim fit instead, without tweaking anything else. It's slightly too long to be left untucked, and for a cloth this heavy, it's not really something that you would really want to wear tucked in. I also find it weird that a slim fit shirt would have a box pleat on the back, since the whole point of a slim fit shirt is for a cleaner look on a trimmer guy. Finally, I like the button-down collar, but would consider hiding the buttons on the back of the collar so that you get a cleaner look. Unfortunately, these misses on the details make this shirt seem outdated. Other than the slim cut, it reminds me of something you might see from the 1990s, along with double pleated chinos.Overall, doesn't seem like a good match for a younger, more stylish demographic that might want to wear a slim fit cut. Despite the great price, I'm definitely returning this one.

I did not expect to find a shirt I loved so much, especially Amazon's brand. I'm pretty picky and normally can only find a proper fitting slim fit button down at Express or Banana Republic, but this shirt has quickly become my favorite. It fits just right without being too baggy or long and the sleeves aren't too short (could be a tad longer though). I'm 6ft, 165lbs, with a long torso. I bought a Medium Slim Fit. Wish they'd bring this navy color back in this exact shirt.

So let me start out that I haven’t washed the shirt just yet, don’t know the outcome. But so far here are the good and bad. The fit is just right, slim fit but not skin tight. It has a nice taper for someone whose waist I’d not +36. The arm length is perfect as well. Now with that said I was surprised that the material was a bit on the heavy side which makes it not ideal for any summer use. But that’s ok. What I am not thrilled about is that the material is a bit stiff, not as plyable as other Oxford shirts I have owned. Maybe when I wash it it will improve. I took off a star because of that. If it shrinks much then it’s a two star affair.

I'm really happy with that shirt. It's one of my best shirts i had the last years. Excelent quality, Thick fabric, nice colours. I bought the dark blue one and after recieving it, i also got the other two.

Comme toujours les produits made on Amazon taillent un peu grand mais en ce moment ça m'arrange. Taille donc parfaitement, un peu longue peut-être, slim mais pas trop. Tissu épais de qualité à éviter lors de grosses chaleurs.
