I have lots of neck issues and the over the door traction device was not fun to use. I did a lot of research and finally decided on this one. I can sit comfortably in my chair and use this. The velcro straps were too long so I doubled them over and pinned them, now it fits perfectly. There are 3 ways to stop the flow of air, the one in the picture is supposed to be pinched into the air way but I have never been able to do it and I have not had any issues with losing air.When you open the other two valves the collar releases air slowly which is fine and being the size it is makes it easy to travel with. Love it!

You will need to try it a few times before you get it fitting right as it inflates.I was really hoping for the relief I’ve been in need of, and , this helps a little. Try it…for the money, it’s worth a try. Maybe you will get more relief than I did.

I ordered this cervical neck traction/brace on the recommendation of my chiropractor to help with neck pain. I checked out many of them on Amazon. Some of the complaints about them that concerned me included odor, uncomfortable fabric, and air leakage. (I even checked out fakespot to see how deceptive the reviews were for each seller. This seller seemed like one of the better ones.)I am very sensitive to odors especially musty or plastic smells. This item had no nasty odors when I took it from the packaging. The material is a very soft velvet that is extremely comfortable. I have not had any problem with air leaking, but I can imagine with time this could happen. Everything wears out. I have used it several times daily for a month. Follow the instructions.Pump it to your comfort level. If it is causing you discomfort, deflate it some. If you continue to have problems, consult a professional. This has not cured my problem and I never expected that. It is just one tool that helps me get relief from the pain of herniated discs and spinal stenosis. When this one wears out, I would buy another MsKitchen collar.

Got this to try out with some neck pains I was having, really helped as a neck support while I had a severely painful pinched nerve and couldn't hold my head up without pain.... Not exactly what it's designed for, I didn't find it terribly effective at opening up my neck length (traction), but was highly effective as a neck support that helped me sit and even sleep in comfort... Unfortunately it broke multiple places within less than a week. I don't think I was particularly hard on it, but I was using it frequently day and night.

I often have a stiff neck and shoulders, especially, after a 8-10 hours work day in front of computer and feel miserable at night. Since using this neck traction, my neck and shoulder stiffness and tenderness reduce greatly and I can sleep much better and feel energized next day. Here is how I use the device: I put the device around my neck and slowly pump the air in ( please refer to the user instructions for details), as the traction device inflated, my neck is gradually lifted and stretched comfortably. It is not only my neck felt much better afterwards, my entire body feels a relief. I have been using it on daily basis for weeks, I am very satisfied with the result I am getting.

It does what it's supposed to do. The bulb & collar are very sturdy. Doesn't feel cheap or easily breakable. It's a little big around & the Velcro doesn't allow for a smaller neck so it creeps up me chin. Would be better if it were more adjustable

My wife bought this item because she had a stiff neck. It worked fine and her neck is fine after a few days of use. What you don’t know is that this thing works really well on airplane and trains and buses too! I accidentally packed this instead of my other inflatable pillow, but it was a better choice because it offers three layers of meat, with makes a strong support all around. Definitely will buy this again for such a great value! ( if you sweat a lot, make sure to bring some wipys)

3 whiplash injuries later, this inflatable pillow is a Godsent! I wear it daily, it has really helped my neck and provides wonderful, albeit only temporary, relief (but that is not the fault of this item but the nature of my injury).Highly recommend it. My only concern is how long it will ast before blowing up one day. But - for the price I will happily purchase a new one, so that is not even a real concern. One of the best items I have purchased in a long time!
