Could not believe all the dirt that was in my wedge down in the groove area!! Once I was done "re-grooving" my wedge, the spin levels were higher than when I originally purchased the club SIX YEARS AGO!! Great tool for getting the job done. Just be careful around the outside of the face because it will scratch the face. Other than that, I love this product!!

Most of my irons were just fine yet after four years of use. But the sand wedge takes a beating. Every bunker shot is like sandblasting your club. The nU Groove cut nice deep grooves in the club easily.

I think it's helpful...I think....
Like the others, I see metal shavings so the grooves should be improved and they feel improved. Translating that into shot stopping spinners is another thing. Ball choice and green firmness plays into this as well. But I just finished 145 holes in four days and I think the tool helped in some instances, especially out of the sand. I would say give it a try. A little on the short side to handle and very sharp.

Very satisfied
I received this product well in advance of my delivery date. I did not expect a lot for the price but was satisfied with its results. Takes a while and have to be patient but it beats buying a new set of irons.

i can imaging this would be great if you haven't cleaned you clubs in years but ...
not a tool for real golfers. all it does is helps you keep you grooves clean. my spit and a towel does the trick.i can imaging this would be great if you haven't cleaned you clubs in years but doesnt really sharpen groves just cleans them

Re-grooves my irons with ease. Why didn't I order one of these a long time ago is the question. It's definitely sharp and strong. I've gone through my set of irons a few times with it and it still looks and feels like when I opened the box.

good but the metal is VERY hard
good but the metal is VERY hard. keep that in mind when using it because otherwise it can damage your clubs. If you are just using this to clean, I recommend a nice brush and hot water instead.

5* cleaning, 3*design.
Too short to grasp with all four fingers and apply leverage. Designed to roll off any surface. Would benefit from having a drilled hole for attaching a lanyard and to allow attaching to the golf bag or to other cleaning tools. Cap is not attached well, and I will probably lose the cap soon. Instructions were not included, but seems pretty obvious how to use it. The tip of the tool fits the grooves on my 2 year old irons very tightly, leading to very well cleaned grooves. I cannot tell if grooves are indeed sharpened.
