Being new to a derma roller, I was not sure what to expect. Purchased a .25mm roller from Sakukyu. It came very securely packaged and the unit itself was in a sterile (I assume) sleeve that was sealed shut and had to be cut open (as well as the plastic packaging on the box itself). My esthetician recommended a .75mm roller with stainless steel needles. They are virtually impossible to find (titanium is far more common although medical grade stainless steel would seem more sterile). What I read on the internet that it is best to start with a .25mm roller. What I found out from Sakura at KaizenLobby (the distributor of the product) is that anything over .25 is considered a medical device. In an untrained hand, one can do themselves irreparable harm with .5mm and up. I appreciated hearing this because I have sensitive skin and do not want to hurt myself. The roller itself is very sturdy and I can feel the .25mm needles as I roll it across my skin. Quite frankly, I don't think I would want to attempt using anything more than .25mm unless it was administered by a professional. In any event, I believe that with regular and careful usage I will be able to achieve the desired results of improving fine lines and firming up some slight sagging on the side of my face on which I sleep. I can already see an improvement in some of the skin spots that I have - the margins are becoming diffused and the spots are becoming easier to conceal with mineral makeup. So I recommend this product 100%. If you want more, go get a procedure performed by a board certified dermatologist instead of risking permanent damage and/or contracting an infection from improper usage.

I've been an avid user of the Derma roller, and just happened to chance upon this listing. Would say that this product is underrated! For the price point, the quality of the roller is comparable to the top selling brands out there. Also, fast delivery and great customer service, 5 stars!

Works great! I used it the first night I got it, makes your skin feel tingly, and look glowing!

Ive used other derma rollers, a couple of other brands wear out quickly.I use it for acne scarring and its helped out a lot!The seller is nice and reaches out to see if its working fine. Ill be buying another down the road when my current one wears down.

It’s good. A little overpriced if you ask me should be more like 10$. It’s easy to keep clean with rubbing alcohol and seems to be keeping up to the task I have used it about 5 times so far.

I made this purchase initially for scalp and hair but since use for the face also, making sure to clean it good in between. I have noticed a few spots of short hair growth in the widows peak.

I was nervous about buying this product because the product presentation doesn't look as good as the other top brands out there; I was pleasantly surprised with the quality when I received it! I am excited excited to my skin regimen.
