in 2004 I quit smoking with these to pills. i took it like it said and didn't even like the smell of people smoking around me. it made me nauseous. since 2013 I started again and would quit for a little bit. First let me say this concerning the people who say this product doesn’t work or made them sick. First of all you have take the pills exactly as it instructs you to. It is not designed to take the cravings away. And if you get sick, this means you continued to smoke while taking the medicine. Can’t have your cake and eat it too. When using this product you can’t smoke, or you will get sick. The pellets are for your cravings. Meter out three at a time and place under your tongue like the instructions state and the cravings will go away. The first bottle of pills is basically a detox. Their designed to clean your system of the nicotine that creates the urge to smoke. While you’re taking these pills, use the pellets for cravings. Follow the instructions. I followed to the letter and I haven’t been sick and most of all I quit smoking. If followed correctly, you should have it licked in three days. The second bottle of pills are vitamins to help strengthen your lungs and further get rid of any residual nicotine that may be left behind and may pop up as a monster craving when you least expect it. I’m on my second bottle(maintenance) and I’m cruising. It feels so good not to even crave a smoke. I’ve even tested myself by saying “ you know I really want a smoke” and the urge won’t come. I liked this product. It did work, but I slipped up, and stopped taking them. Bought more formula one, and one more maintenance. Will start the quit process again soon.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but this one does not work. The smoke away never even took away the craving. Please save your money and do your research on this item.
