Does it remove the white spots from 10+ years ago? If so, how long do you have to apply the oitment?

I don't know about white spots. I applied it after used the soap for shower, 4 days later, my red spots all gone.

Has this product made anyone worse before better?

This made a majority of tinea go away, but not I have tons and tons of tiny red bumps everywhere and it’s so itchy. I can’t stop itching!

Does this help with hemroids?

It would not. Hemorrhoids is caused by a tear, not a fungus. Also, as this says its for external use only, I would advise against applying it near any oriface
