This worked great! I wasn't sure if it would be strong enough but it held quite a lot. I got the 25L size. I carried 2 water bottles, thick ski pants, binoculars, snacks, etc. The design is compact, flexible , and extremely lightweight., and it is waterproof, though luckily it didn't rain on my adventures. I love the bright orange color as it was easy to identify me as well as to find in my suitcase. Comes with an attached zipped pack to fold the backpack into when not in use. I used this zipped pouch to hold my sunglasses and keys while I was using the backpack. Quite happy with this purchase. I didn't do hardcore hiking but it worked well for my bus tours and tourist walking excursions.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It is lightweight and waterproof with plenty of room for the things I need.

This is my favorite collapsible backpack for traveling. Great size and I've used it for several boating trips. Everything in the main compartment stays dry. No issues with the front pockets but never packed anything up front that mattered if it got wet.

Front zipper on the pocket was broken. The zipper fell apart on day 3. Very poor quality

I traveled to Thailand and went on many boat tours. It was perfect for the speed boats and canoes. Everything inside stayed dry and also even though I was wet from swimming; after wearing the bag only the outside was wet. It is a skinny bag but packed smartly I was able to fit a lot. Very happy I bought it.
