If you do wear them every day and do hard, long, hours and/or handle very heavy things, I think it's a good choice for you. For Plantar Fasciitis, you need a very suppportive and firm higher arch, luckily, these one do have the high arch support. The orthotic shoe insoles help me so~much and are very comfortable.

I have extreme pain from Plantar Fasciitis. These are very comfortable inserts. I have very high arches and these seem to help with that. I feel like my arches are propped up a lot better than with inserts you buy in the store. I do wish that the heel had more cushion as that it wear the pain is the worst. I added heal "gel" cushions along with these and that helped.

These insoles fit well and feel supportive. But they do squeak with every step... overall, a decent insole. I just like them to be a little quieter!

They fit nice been wearing them 4 days now so far good

I’ve had them for about 3 weeks and so far they haven’t disappointed. I’ve gone through so many different products but these have been the best so far. My feet don’t hurt when I wear them and I feel that my heal spurs have gotten better. I recommend this item to people with flat feet.

The advertised product on amazon says it is scientifically proven for plantar fascilitis. However, the package it came in only says it is proven support. The insoles helped only a little bit. I am disappointed.

These are as good as the Rx kind just not personalized for your specific problem area. Great support and I would recommend these to anyone with flat feet. The price is excellent for the quality of the insert. Love them!
