keeps losing connection
My usb data keep losing connection. used to work when I first got it. now, every so often, my Surface 6 can't see my USB connected to it. I have to unplug and replug it in.I have check several times. it is plugged into my Surface 6 completely.Now I cant even return it, since Ive thrown away the box it came with.

Make little stronger to get good review
I bought it for my surface pro. It is attached to my surface strongly but when I tried to remove from my laptop hdmi jack stuck inside but rest of it came off. Can’t use no more but I loved it. I don’t know if they send me new one.

HDMI port did not transmit image to desired screen.
The device is of quality design and material. USB connected fine, but HDMI had issues. When I received it, I immediately wanted to test it out on my TV. The 2nd screen was detected, but nothing showed up on screen/HDMI cord. I thought perhaps it was the tv, so I tested it out with a different HDMI cord and used my computer monitor. I had the same result. I would've been happy with the product, but the main purpose I got it for did not work.
