Only one glass straw wasnt broken.So its a great deal for 6 straws+ carrying case + carrying bag, but only one glass straw was usuable there wasnt padding in the tube like i saw in other reviewer's pics. Theres an considerable amount of sawdust in the tubes so youll have to blow it out then rinse. I would like either the 2 glass straws replaced, or a refund. I think thats fair.

One of the glass straws arrived broken, spraying tiny glass shards everywhere, even though the shipping box was undamaged -- seems like it broke when they put the top of the bamboo case on. Another is jammed in so tight that we can't get it out of the case. With the one glass straw I could actually take out, it's clear that there's so much sawdust inside the case that I wouldn't want to use it to carry the straw around, which defeats the purpose. All of the cases look poorly made, and are hard to use. As another person mentioned, the steel straws are so sharp that they're unsafe to use. They look like cheap pipes that were cut. Very disappointed.

This is such a steal! I’m new to the reusable straws and this was like a starter pack. I’m able to try stainless steel and glass and of various diameters. They come with that wooden case too which is a total bonus. Highly recommend. Not quite sure how to use the cotton pipe cleaner thing. Do I wet it? Is it only to dry? Idk. Bought my friend this set as well and she loved it.FYI: These are the length of traditional straws. If you’ve got a super tall cup, go for a longer length. No metallic after/taste

This was my first purchase of reusable straws and I have been using it for almost a year now. The straws arrive carefully packaged. Each glass straw is covered in paper and inside the protective bamboo case. Everything is sustainable and reusable.You get 6 straws in total, 3 glass, 3 metal. The sizes are regular, medium (for smoothies), and large (for boba/bubble tea). They come with cleaning brushes that are 3 different sizes. I actually gifted a few to my friend since I didn't need so many and prefer glass to metal. The bamboo case is PERFECT for travel. I bring it to work with me every morning and after use, I rinse under water and put it back in the bamboo case to wash with the brush and soap at home.You definitely get your money's worth for the quality and quantity. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND!

Product arrived with the glass straws in the wooden shells. Stainless steels were just included in the drawstring bag w the shells.The product is fine but I had an extremely difficult time opening one of the shells. I thought it wasn’t going to open but it was fine the next day after some pull. The wooden shells also give off dust inside the cover so you have to rinse them off before each use.

I am in love with these straws. I personally prefer the glass straws over the other alternatives. it comes with 3 sizes and each one has its own bamboo case and cleaning brush. I just throw it in my purse and im good to go without worrying about breaking or getting scratched. I get many compliments all the time.
