Dog Drag Bag 4 Sizes to Select to Fit Your Dog (Medium)

I've noticed a trend among companies making items for owners with disabled pets, they over charge for sub standard items. As the owner of a recently paralyzed dog I like many others struggle trying to find the right things to prolong our dog's life and to provide him comfort and the ability to move when he wishes. Because he was rubbing his knees raw it was recommended to buy a drag bag. This one appeared well thought out but drastically over priced for value received, but I wanted George to not suffer. It came in, no instructions, clearly junk made in China. The material is not at all conducive to not rubbing the knees while in the bag. I've had him in it a few times, but it will probably be put aside. If is just as easy to put a t-shirt on him with the sleeves cut off and let him scoot around in that. I don't recommend this item and the people over pricing these should be ashamed.After using this thing for less than a month it is falling apart and Huggiecart does not stand behind their product.I contacted this company and was instructed to send photos of the defective item to them, which I did promptly. Hearing nothing I recontacted and was told they were sending a replacement. After waiting 2 weeks for a replacement I recontacted them and they inform me they needed a photo of my dog & the bag. I asked them when they were going to tell me they needed this as I had been told they were sending a replacement. Aggravated I told them sure, I'll send them photos and I would also share the photos here with you at Amazon so they know what kind of junk they are selling people with disabled pets.Item delivered April 23, 2018, was not used on the dog for a while as he was still in recovery so it stayed in it's packaging. After trying to handle through the Amazon system I was directed to contact this outfit directly which I finally did on May 25. I guess I had the bag in my possession over 30 days. Nowhere in this item description does it say 30 day warrantee. I paid $40 for a $2 piece of trash that has fallen apart with a pulled seam as you can see.So today I get :Please send the bag back to us. We'll make one time exception for this out of 30 days return and issue full refund.If you receive the next bag, please refuse and let it send back to us.Please send it tohuggiecart So what this tells me is they know they are selling a defective product and they want me to pay to ship the POS back to them.TO COMPLETE THE STORY. The liars at Huggiecart NEVER sent a replacement like they had said they would. If I could give the product less than 1 I would. I decided to let George use it more often, it is not a frayed mess. The entire seam where the black portion attaches to the green is ripped and frayed. Look at the photos I put in and multiply the damage by 4. Thanks Huggiecart, you scumbags

Item comes in three sizes, we ordered small but seemed to have got medium, we needed it desperately - so have learned to adapt by folding/rolling up neck strap to fit our Dachund dog. As far as the use, dog seems to adapt to it well. Used with diaper and/or inserted pad this device saves on pulled off diapers and frequent puddles. Bag is easy to place dog into & to take out. We,(hub & wife) give this product a thumbs up 👍 !

Wish it could be made so that it had a way for dog to go to the bathroom without having to take it off
