The idea to buy a small stepper came up to my mind when I found I was over 140 lbs after 2018 busy season. I do not have enough time to do exercise after work, so I need to buy something to help me get some physical activities and burn some calories. Then I found the product. I thought I need to install the stepper before I received the package. Actually, the only thing I did was adjusting step height. I would recommend others to adjust the height to max for exercise. I haven’t started using the resistance bands since I used to reading something on my phone, so I do not have to much suggestion. But I tried at the beginning, there was no drawback for this function. As for the experience of doing exercise using the stepper, I definitely felt that my heart rate up in a few minutes. Keep the heart rate for 15-20 minutes everyday. I lost 4 lbs in first two weeks! I think I need more time to know if it is works for losing weight. But 100% sure that it is good for doing exercise in home and keeping health in daily. So let me summary the pros1. Easy to install (barely no need to install, just adjust the height of step)2. Easy to moving3. Convenient to do physical activities at home4. Good for health and weight controlFor cons, I haven’t find one so I gave five stars rate. Hope I can lose more weight this month!!

One side was soldered crooked. I didn’t notice it at first but after a few weeks of use the spacers must have started to wear down where they rub against the housing. Now, it squeaks when used. Trouble is, I use it at my stand up desk at work. Not using it much now due to noise. If you order, check it over well when you receive it. I was just barely past the return date when it became a problem.

Two main reasons make me love this mini steppers. First, mini is easy to storage and move around at home. Feel cool exercise while watching movies. Second, no complicate installation. Easy to use and no noise. Based on personal preference to twist adjusting knob for foot pedal height. The electronic meter could track & record exercise time, count & calories. Press the red button and hold for 3 seconds could reset the meter. This also comes with adjustable resistance bands. I am not only building my leg muscles, but also could shape my arms and shoulders muscles while stepping. Anyway, this mini steppers is good to own if you have a small home. If you don’t like go out to exercise, this smooth mini steppers is a good choice for exercise at home.

I haven’t used it yet as I just took it out of the box to be assembled. I paid extra to have someone assemble it for me only to find it was already assembled when we took it out of the box. Therefore, I wasted over $100 for nothing! I gave it 3 stars because I haven’t had a chance to use it to find out how it performs.

We only had this about two months. The fiber washers failed first. Fiber washers were wearing, causing a black powdery residue to appear on the support bar. Wearing/rubbing caused a lot of "squeaking" noises. We took the machine apart and lubricated the washers with a silicone grease. At that time, we found that the bushings that fit into the cable connector were half worn away. Put back together and squeaking had stopped (because of lubrication). Two weeks later, the cable broke at the crimped connector. All this happened within about two months. The previous machine we bought from Sears(?) lasted two years with the same frequency of use (almost every day)!

This mini stepper is ideal for me. It is quite small, portable and easy to use. I use it while I am watching TV or listening to music or radio. It gives me the amount of exercise without leaving my house or having bulky heavy equipment at home. If I leave it out during the day, I often get on it for 20 minutes. It builds the stamina that I need in my legs and knees. I love it!

I love this stepper. Perfect for me this exercise machine is small.perfect for my busy home.,I have only used it for about a week but I am already loving it. the resistance bands and that I can work out my arms at the same time as my legs. It has adjustable tension. Simply turn the knob that is underneath it until it has the tension that you want. The price was great too! Definitely would recommend

So, during my workout tonight (keep in mind this was only my 4th time using this stepper) one of the pistons BEGAN LEAKING HYDRAULIC FLUID! Ok, first of all, not only is this concerning but it’s downright dangerous. Contact with hydraulic fluids can irritate your skin or eyes, and consuming certain types of hydraulic fluids can cause pneumonia, intestinal bleeding, or death in humans. Swallowing or inhaling certain types of hydraulic fluids has caused nerve damage in animals. I became so freaked out that I threw the unit away. I am downright enraged that at this price point only 4 uses came out of this stepper before it broke down and began leaking hydraulic fluid!!! Don’t waste your money!
