Great idea for a personal present. I bought these for my husband for Christmas. They come in a lovely nice case and have a nice weight to carry them. Very sturdy and easy to handle, at last cutters that do not slip out the hand and will cut the thickest nails, the nail file is also useful. The husband thinks they are the best nail clippers set he has ever had. He is good at breaking his nails. Having used them a couple of times, he realizes that both tools are designed to cut curves. Perfect for trimming nails. These nail clippers are very well made, you can feel the weight of the steel. They are very sharp and cut through even the toughest toe nails. My husband loves them so much. Wish I had found them long ago. I will be buying more sets for other family members.

Had I known this product was Made in China, I would not have purchased. I dont care how good it is made, I only support products made in the USA by American companies! Why does Made In China appear on the box items arrives in, but not in the product description?

I have tried so many brands nail clippers, I must say this is the best manicure set I have ever used. They are more solid and heavier than the regular pairs. They are sturdy and great quality. Cut my nails immediately when I receive it. It works super well for both fingernails and toenails. Very sharp, precision and easy to use. I will buy another one set and put it in my office.

These are not real expensive but just what I had hoped. There is no "flex" when you're trying to cut. Without too much effort they make a clean controlled cut. They have a good feel in your hand that makes them easy to hold onto and control.
