Floating Pool Light for Pool Party Decor or Pond Décor, Hot Tub Light, Glow Bath Toys with Colorful Lights

I liked that this light had various colors & pattern- options, but because of its small size it couldn't project as well or as far onto the inside liner of my above- ground pool . A larger version of this design would be appreciated.

I am using this product for visual stimulation with severely disabled, medically fragile children. They seem to like it and will visually track it, reach for it and smile when it is presented. I do not use it in water. I do not use the flashing part since that causes seizures. Sometimes it is difficult to turn on directions for battery insertion was a bit difficult to understand but I was able to figure it out.

This is directed towards “toddlers”, yet when you get the item and put 3AAA batteries in, there’s a small piece of paper that says “do NOT submerge”. Im worried the first use my toddlers will submerge it and this will have been all for nothing..

It is okay, but not really meant for a big pool. The green, purple and blue light shows up really well in the pool, but the reds and yellow are not so good. But with that said, the wife likes the fading in/out of the different colors. For the money, it was worth a try, and we still use it, may buy another and see how two work in the pool. It's not the perfect solution, but it will work.

For the price it’s sort of a rip off, you have to supply the batteries, seems poor quality, and if it is even slightly submerged the power shorts out. Looks cool in bath tub but don’t think it will last long.

Our 9 y.o. son loves this. As soon as he saw me testing it, he insisted him and his Dad needed to go swimming again, at 10pm! He really liked all the modes and swimming underwater with googles while it did its thing. It does only illuminate a small area, our pool is a 10'x30" easy set pool. It does a good job if centered and our son is happy, contemplating buying a second to really jazz it up for him. If you have a bigger pool you will definitely need multiples of these to get a pool wide consistent effect. It has several modes the one pictured was our sons favorite.
