Onnit Emulsified MCT Oil for Keto Coffee | Perfect Keto Creamer - Mixes Easily in Keto Shakes and Foods | Almond Milk Latte Flavor (16oz)

I was excited to get this product because I read about it in a magazine article a month or so ago. It's cheaper than Simply Good Fats and Onnit has more flavors to choose from. The taste is good, it mixes easily, it can be shelf stable (however it didn't cool off my coffee enough) so I put it in the fridge after I opened it. It gave me more energy throughout the day the first few days than regular MCT Oil. The only thing that I don't like about it, is, after using it twice a day (1 TBSP each time) for almost the last week, it's almost empty. I wish that it could be cheaper for the size! I would definitely buy again if it were. This is the most expensive coffee creamer (it can also be used in shakes, smoothies, or fat bombs) that I have ever bought. That is why I have only given it a rating of 3 instead of 5! Good luck!

I am used to drinking my coffee with no added ingredients, but since listening to the model health podcast I decided to give organic mushroom infused coffee and this emulsified mct oil a try. I like both products very much and feel good from using them daily. Its a bit expensive, but I don't mind paying if its improves my health. I buy this product on amazon because the shipping is free (since im a prime user) and plan to be a recurring user. I recommend the vanilla and the almond latte flavor.

I started to take it as soon as it arrived. Have had no side effects or stomach issues. Am taking 2 T in coffee and 1 T straight before bed. Not noticing a miracle loss of weight, did lose 2lbs this week. Am noticing more energy and am sleeping longer that I was. Normally woke up every 2 hrs, now am getting 4-5 hrs at a stretch. Will continue taking it. I am a borderline diabetic and FBS's are usually 100-120 in the morning. Last few times have been higher, 130-140, so have to watch that to see if that is connected.

After reading many different reviews about the Cinnamon and Vanilla I was very skeptical about ordering the MCT Oil. However I had not seen one review about the Almond Milk Latte flavor and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste. Has some almond flavoring and maybe a hint of some sweetness. It does not make your coffee super creamy like a coffemate or something like that but over all I was definitely satisfied. Does not taste like vomit as the vanilla and cinnamon ones were so often described. Great way to get MCT Oil and a little flavoring in your coffee.

I've been using Onnit emulsified MCT oil for a couple of years... after a slight price increase, I tried another brand and it simply didn't do it for me. I took a little break, and realized I was missing the benefits of this stuff, so ordered this. I have tried every other flavor, so this was new to me... and WOW. It is really great! Super subtle and not overly obvious... I truly enjoy this more than any of the other flavors.

We tried both the vanilla and the almond milk latte. The vanilla did taste good but we really prefer the almond milk latte. Not only does it taste great but smells so good in a hot cup of coffee. Just like the company says, it does not need to be mixed with a blender. I just stir it in. We will continue to order this flavor. I think it is the best out of all their flavors.

My husband bought this and had been jabbering on about the benefits of MCT oil, and how good it was to have in your coffee. He tends to make my morning iced coffees and asked if I wanted to try it. I was hesitant, I was worried it would feel oily as I drank my coffee, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It adds the perfect touch of flavor without all the sugars and carbs of my usual flavored creamer.

Delicious! My husband has had me on MCT oil for years but I couldn't handle the oily texture, but this emulsified oil takes care of that! It also tastes great! I don't understand these other reviews saying it's gross? Maybe they got a different flavor then mine. I got the almond milk latte and it tastes exactly like coffee creamer! A little expensive but it's the cheapest I've found it.
