Good quality ,value for money product
The media could not be loaded. The product is of very good quality. If we got a spare bottle cap it would have been nicer, coz if it breaks somehow the entire product would become useless.

Useful product
This product is of great utility. There is constant availability of water for my puppies and I don't have to fret about the shortage of water for them when I am away. Very happy with the purchase. For those complaining about the screw coming out, the same can be again refixed without any hassle.

Best product for your pet
The media could not be loaded. My pug started drinking a lot more water after buying this product. Loved it.Every pet owner should buy this.Great when you are travelling as well.The quality of this is okay ish but does the job well

Doesn’t always work
Works sometimes. Sometimes it doesn’t work. It takes us 20 mins to find the right angle when the water dispenses.

DO NOT BUY IT FOR CATS AT ALL
Not at all good, the food doesnt flow seamlessly even with such a huge hole for nozzle. You would basically have to pour 2 days worth of food in the bowl to make the gravity thingy work. Please reconsider and dont buy this.

If i keep it outside ants will crawl into the food. It would be better if the design is altered a bit to prevent it

Highly recommended for pet parents
Easy to use, sturdy built and solves the problem for my kitty who likes a clean supply of water. It's not too hard to wash up either, as it's plastic I clean it with dish soap twice a week. Ideally a steel reservoir would have been more sanitary and healthy for the furbabies. Also, this looks super cute - Kitty's own water dispenser!

Easy to Use - No complicated filter
After struggling with a waterer that had a filter and having to tilt it to get water to come out, this is a real blessing. It's easy to clean, fill, and maintain. The cats have no trouble using it. It even held up nicely when we had it outside for a week. Definitely recommend!
