Hardware is not up to the quality of the plates
I have to agree with another review here that the hardware is just not quality. We had one bolt and nut that stripped in place upon tightening, also given this is for installation on a trailer that will be moving around and bouncing I would have thought at a minimum there would have been lock washers, or the best solution nylon lock nuts so you don't have to worry about them vibrating loose. Since neither of these was supplied I add thread lock onto mine for insurance

Stout
The metal plate feels stout and should take some stress of strapping down my UTV. I had to drill a couple of holes in them to match the brand of wheel chocks I purchased. I also painted them a pretty red color which I am sure will come off after the first round of road salt. I have not installed them yet but the bolts feel undersized for the stress that might be exerted on them so I will probably use a larger diameter bolt and a nylon lock nut on them.

Must have for added strength.
Added these on the ends of my 8ft etrack. Install wasn’t too hard just have to make sure you have clearance under the trailer. I had to trim a little off one to clear the frame. Will definitely be buying more of these.

Alternate use
I actually used these as a splice plate between 2 sections of rail that did not line up on a rail to screw into the side of my trailer. It did not provide the full strength of a plate but it was better than having nothing where the two plates joined. Will see how it holds up over the next year.

Backing plates for Erickson 09160
reference https://www.amazon.com/Erickson-09160-Wheel-Chock-Tie-Down/dp/B015CJICIKI bought these backing plates knowing that they were not a precise fit for the Erickson 09160 tie downs to be mounted on my Big Tex ES35 trailer - these are apparently meant for the E-Track rails. They do however provide a pretty darn good starting point at a good price point and a quicker fitment effort than plain steel plate stock These plates come as a square shape and do not correctly line up with the 09160 tie downs which have holes in a rectangular layout. They do provide a good starting point for customization to fit the Erickson 09160 Wheel Chock Tie-Down Kit. I cut the square backing plates into two sections - resulting in a 2.25 inch rectangle with two aligning holes, and a rectangular section with two aligning holes and needing two more holes to be drilled to match the 6 bolt holes in the 09160 tie downs. I did not use the included bolts and nuts provided, as they are spec'ed for 1-3/8" thick mounting surfaces. I wanted longer bolts, stainless, with smooth shanks, which I bought separately. My deck is 1.5 inches thick (2x6 Doug Fir) and the included hardware specified fitment to a thinner (1 & 3/8 in.) deck. Maybe I over-built the tie downs, but I don't want to lose my side by side in a mounting/strapping failure - because of cheap hardware selection - ruining a hunting trip or worse. I think I came out ahead of starting from scratch. Hope this helps others with their adventure or work plans.

Do not work with x track
It's my fault I assumed they worked with x-track. I had to end up drilling my own holes in them to make it work

Fit perfectly
Used these to help secure 10 foot sections of track to the floor of my enclosed trailer. I seen reviews stating they didn’t fit but mine fit perfect I didn’t have to drill my own holes or anything everything lined up. My only complaint would be I wish they supplied locking nuts or at least crush washers. I got my own box for $8 just for the peace of mind. Would highly recommend 👍

Holes don't line up to e-track holes
You'd think they would at least line up to their own e-track but they don't. Not a big deal to drill out holes but the whole point was I shouldn't have had to.
