Very good kit for general wall painting, need a cost effective set to redecorating existing painted walls, small and large rollers are very well built, the locking mechanism is very handy to prevent the head from disconnecting during use. Only issue I had with the larger roller is the end cap seems to fall of when in use.The brush has a handy can lid opener on the end (use to dislodge the lid from a small lip), sturdy handle. Main issue is minor strands of brush hairs do detach from the metal grip when using thicker paints - I would suggest washing the brush, dry, and ensure loose hairs are removed before use.- I have not used the smaller foam rollers (for gloss) and can not provide an opinion of the quality of application.- I did not use the plastic tray during painting, however I would suggest placing the tray on a washable, non-slip decorators/preparation mat when used as the 'non-dipped' end of the tray's legs are quite thin with minimal 'foot' surface to fully resist movement when being 'rolled' upon.Post-Use (Cleaning)- Brush and rollers were easy to clean under a cold tap- I would suggest initially drying with a cloth to remove most moisture then air dry.Overall a very good kit for beginners, redecorating and patching paintwork.

I've bought so many paint rollers over the past 6 months due to doing up a house. This is unfortunately the worst roller I have bought so far. The quality isn't fantastic and the fluff comes off easily and goes onto the wall you're painting. I won't be buying this again.

Definitely recommend. I used the extendable roller and brush for my bedroom, bathroom and corridor. Very happy with the full kit

Impressed with the quality (ex painter and decorator) for the price. Good absorption and paint coverage from the roller, leaving a reasonably flat finish. The tray was cracked when it arrived due to poor packaging by the supplier. It arrived in a paper bay (not Amazon packaging) resulting in this damage. Amazon refunded but it has caused an irritating inconvenience.
