Q: Is this like clay or like ointment?

IMO, it’s right in the middle, a blend of ointment and clay in consistency and texture. It’s somewhat thick and dries fairly quickly on contact with skin.

Q: How do i use this product? do i wash my face apply the product wait 10m and then wash my face again? or do i just rinse it off?

I wash my face at night; then I apply the cream where it needs to go and sleep with it on. I rinse my face in the morning.

Q: Do you leave this on over night or wash off after 10 minutes like the instructions on the box?

I have left the product on overnight! It’s a really good cream keeps my skin clear and reduces the oily appearance!!
