ShadowlinePlus Size Women's Petals 53 Inch Sleeve Long Gown

I had been wearing these nightgowns for some time. I recently lost weight and needed new ones but could not find them. Then I finally found them on Amazon and I am so happy. They are well made and will last a long time. Easy to care for, just wash and dry. I find them very comfortable and they look good on me. They are a slightly transparent so I wear the darker colors. I would appreciate it if they had a size chart on the Amazon web site but it was a free try on option so I was able to try a size without worrying about returns.

Beautiful comfortable

I liked this nightgown so much I purchased 5 of them before - in various colors. It's cool enough for Spring and Summer and extremely comfortable for the Fall.

Have had a couple of these at least 20 years and launder great. Finally wore one out in about 25 years because of thin yoke that finally wore thin.

Excellent quality. No complaints at all.

Fits great, comfy, doesn't cling

This is a soft, lovely gown. It fits and falls in a very flattering way. And it's close enough around the neck to be warm. It provides warmth without heating me up too much at night. I'm going to use it instead of my Lantz nightgown which is very nice flannel but too hot at night. I agree with the comment that it would be nice if the sleeves were gathered at the wrist because they do ride up.Overall I'm very happy to have found this. So much nicer that polyester. A great nightgown!

I was given one of these Shadowline nightgowns and instantly loved it, so I ordered another one. Feels wonderful, has lots of room and looks great. My only complaint is that whoever packaged it did a terrible job, and it arrived horribly wrinkled and bunched up(not due to shipping). It appeared to have been just stuffed in the plastic bag. My first impression of the product was far from favourable. Someone needs lessons on how to fold!!

no problems with fit and finish and are incredibly comfortable

I have been using Shadowline products for years. I decided to try the long sleeved nightgown as my shoulders started to get cold through the night and other nightgowns were either to warm and in some cases too bulky. It did the trick, my shoulders stay warm and I am comfortable throughout the night. This product is easy to launder and doesn't take up much space when traveling. Also the product has a long life span, making it worth it's price. All in all I would recommend this product.

I like this nightgown. However, if you are 5'4'' or under hemming sleeves and length will be required adding an extra cost and/ or effort for shorter customers, not fair! Petite sizes should be available.
