The product worked for a few days. But then it broke along the seams. 7 days is not too long.UPDATE:Ok, so the company reached out to me and offered to replace the unit. I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. I've been using it for at least a week now and, it's worked. So, I'm chalking the issue up to a 1 off. The 4 stars are mainly due to prolonged comfort. After resting my wrist for a really long time, I have to "reset it" kind of. I'd have to lift off the gel and let it re-shape then continue using it. But, it works and holds up. Much better than nothing that's for sure. So, thanks to the team for caring enough to reach out and resolve this.

Good quality, well made and I expect these to last for a long time. I've read some other reviews and I couldn't care less what they have written on them. I didn't buy these for my wrist but for my elbows. I drive for hours and my elbows get sore resting on the door and center arm rest of my pickup truck. I got 2 and put Velcro on the back and stuck them where my elbows rest when traveling and qua la! no more sore elbows. They are firm yet soft and perfect for my long trips. Best idea I've had to make the long trips more comfortable. Think outside the Box (or wrist pad) and I'm sure you can come up with a lot of uses for these. [;-)

While I love my Corsair Lapboard, the ergonomics are on par with...well, nothing. It's a guaranteed wrist strain due to the angle you have to place your wrists. This wrist wrest filled the gap nicely. I do wish it was thicker (maybe even twice as thick), though, but Aelfox seems to own the market on wrist rests that are this narrow.Also of note, I fidget CONSTANTLY, and this wrist rest may as well be the most attractive thing my hands have ever had the pleasure of touching. In the couple months I have owned it, I have already cracked the backing of it by constantly "needing" to squeeze it and bend it. This is 100% NOT Aelfox's fault...it is mine. Just wanted to mention it for those who also own hands that can't sit still

Very comfortable to use. I have a carpal tunnel problem which made it very painful to work on my computer for any length of time. With the Gel Wrist Rest, I can now work for several hours without pain. This is a great product. The material on the back makes it possible to move it to different locations and it stays where you put it and without leaving any sticky residue.

I like the fact that this wrist pad has a non slip surface which is easy to clean with a damp cloth and the fact that it actually springs back to it's original shape. I have only used it for about a month, but it is still holding up which is much more than I can say for past purchased products. The texture on the top seems to make long periods of time behind the computer screen a little less cool and almost massaging in nature. If it holds up for another 6 mos or more I would be more than willing to buy it again!

I am a real customer, I am not paid or compensated in any way for this review. I work at a desk all day, every day. I have been feeling more and more wrist & forearm strain as of lately. I decided to purchase this type of pad because of its profile (height & width/ shape of the pad) and I was glad that I did. It stays in place very well. The pad also supports my wrist at the perfect height and provides a "firm type of cushion." By "firm type of cushion," I mean that the pad is inherently soft, however it does not give under the weight of my wrist or forearm. The pad is not super soft and squishy. it seems to be made of a robust memory foam. The product description is very accurate.

Terrible. Nothing like what it looks like online. I did read the dimensions but expected it to be higher. this does nothing. It fits so low at the base of my laptop, it's useless. Very deceptive from the pictures. Would send it back but don't want to waste my time. I'm tossing it. Very very disappointed

Well that didn't last very long. Who knew that using it how it was designed to be used would result in it tearing and leaking oozing goo everywhere when you wern't looking?It was nice and comfy up till that point, but the durability on this thing is terrible. I bought this one to replace another brand wrist wrest that lasted over 100x longer...
