This turned up nice and early Well impressed with these bands have used two together and can get a good workout for my arms and back

Love to use it. But at times it crinkles up to the thighs

I wish there was an app to go with it as I'm making up my exercises as I go along. But love them and use them everyday to exercise.

Some exercises are somewhat restricted by the full extension of the bands. For example side lateral raises will not come much past below your shoulder if you are 6 ft tall or more. some other exercises are likewise restricted by the full length extension of the bands, especially those where you restrain the middle of a band and use either side such as lateral raises.That said, the bands are well made with good strong webbing straps and supports. The clips are the usual spring-loaded carabiner types. They seem to be adequate, but be careful not to catch your fingers where the clips snap shut. This is a generic problem with these clips.the colour coding is fairly random, for instance, the black is rated at 30lbs, where as on other resistance bands, the black is rated at 50lbs or 25lbs. Unfortunately, there is no standard colour coding for resistance.The set comes with all you need to include clip-on handles with foam grips, ankle straps and a door jam. There is also an instruction leaflet with exercises illustrated and directions for performing them.The bands can be clipped in various combinations together to provide greater resistance. Unlike some other bands, the resistance is NOT marked on the bands, so you'll have to remember which ones give you the weights required. The various weights are stated on the back of the box, although they are not matched up to the colour. On the leaflet, they DO state the colours against "extra light, light, medium" etc, but again not matched to the weights. It's a bit confusing and would have been much more helpful to have marked the resistance weight on the actual bands as other makers have done.

Great versatile piece of equipment. Fast delivery, well packaged and easy to store.

Too flimsy and i would say not fit for purpose. I'm not a muscle bound man but i just wanted to try a few resistance exercises at home to improve my fitness. There's more resistance in a weak elastic band than there is in these ropes. I would not recommend.

Prodotto in linea con le aspettative. Ottima elasticità e tenuta. Le maniglie a corredo consentono varianti multiple con diverse tipologie di esercizi. In combinazione con gli occhielli presenti su panche e/o palestre domestiche, permettono di lavorare su un'ampia varietà di esercizi. La borsa in dotazione permette un trasporto agile e poco ingombrante. Il prezzo è assolutamente ottimo. Molto consigliato.

Empecé a seguir unas clases en las que para trabajar el glúteo y las piernas utilizaban este tipo de gomas y me decidí por estas por la relación calidad-precio. Ya llevo más de un mes utilizándolas y no se me ha roto ninguna por lo que yo las veo y noto resistentes, incluso las ha probado mi pareja en varias ocasiones. Vienen 5 de distintos niveles con su bolsita (que me ha venido bien porque me las he llevado hasta de vacaciones). La única pega que les encuentro es que si sudas mucho depende de dónde las coloques algunas veces se resbalan y se bajan, pero considero que es normal porque son de goma y en general me pasa poco. Por el precio y para empezar las considero idóneas comparadas con otras que he probado que son más finitas.

Das ganze Set ist wirklich unschlagbar günstig.Ich hatte Expanderartige Gummibänder erwartet, es sind allerdings röhrenartige Gummis in den angegebenen Farben und auch Festigkeiten.Jetzt lasse ich mich einfach mal überraschen, wie lange diese "Röhrengummis" meinem täglichen Trainingspensum standhalten...

Son muy resistentes, con un buen rango de movimiento. Son de menos resistencia que la mayoría de juegos, lo cual puede ser bueno en caso de que otros juegos tengan demasiada por ejemplo para ejercicios de rehabilitación donde se necesitan estímulos ligeros, o más precisión al aumentar de resistencia al ir cogiendo fuerza. La mayoría van de 10 en 10 libras y estos de 5 en 5. Se puede combinar con otro juego para tener más resistencia y usar este para ir aumentándola.La única pega que les pongo frente a otro que tengo es que la goma es del tipo de goma que se engancha en la piel y te pilla los pelos con el roce y puede resultar molesta. El otro que tengo es suave y no pasa eso.
