It works, but it shuts itself off and the battery is at the lower left abdominal area, so it makes it hard to zip up and a bit uncomfortable. It's not very flattering at all, but at least I'm warm.

I believe I've used the jacket about ten times in the last 2 years. I went to charge it yesterday and the battery no longer takes any charge at all.

It is very easy to use.After the battery is fully charged in 4 hours, it keeps me warm for more than 7 hours hiking outdooe.Very light-weighted so that I could even walk longer.Can be washed by machine which is very convenient.Such a perfect product for us.

We've selected the least expensive heated soft-shell jacket for sale. The product came in quickly via Amazon Prime. Upon opening the bag, we've noticed that the jacket itself was cheaply built without an insulating layer. So, the jacket itself is not warm enough when we went skiing last week. We've bought another brand of heated jacket last time as gift, which does have a middle insulation layer to help trapping the warmth. Most likely we will return this item.

After two months my coat quit working and battery tested good what Can I do if anything it’s in the wiring to battery

Would not recommend this jacket. Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 77 year old mother who is always cold. It worked ok for about a week. Battery kept disconnecting then stopped working all together. Contacted support several times with no response so for the last few months she had a plain thin jacket with no heat.

battery does not light up as directed and does not heat as well as other jackets

Battery is not operating as intended. This is the replacement jacket that had a defect in both the jacket switch & the battery.
