PROS:-18w (6 watts each) seem to be enough for most of my plants-3 strips per unit, so a lot of flexibility-nice timer and controls!-timer restarts every day, so you don't have to reset it every morning-cable length is very generousCONS:-the power adapters get a bit hot, I would put them somewhere where they get good airflowOTHER THOUGHTS:I bought three of these and ziptied them to the underside of a four tier Amazon basics shelf. I have no thoughts on the adhesive, because I didn't use it. Most of my plants love these lights, however it wasn't enough for a some and they had to go outside, but this isn't the product's fault. I haven't had any issues with the strips themselves getting hot. The timer is nice, because it means I don't have to take time when I'm getting ready in the morning, and it turns itself off by the time I get home. I leave it set to 12 hour intervals and my plants love it. These are good lights, and I recommend them, but research your plants before buying these.

This product was really nice for the price. It allows one to adjust the brightness and selectively light one, two, or all three of the strips at a time, the cord is long enough, and the timer works great. The light gets quite bright, but I do not believe it was enough for my venus flytrap, so I ended up buying a brighter light with a greater spectrum of light.

I set up a little greenhouse in my basement that has 6 shelves (3 on each side, I bought 2 of these strip lights). These lights are great because the strips are very flexible, and the cords between them are long enough that I was able to set it up so that there's a light over each shelf. I also like all of the features in the lights. You can set it up so that only one, two, or all three strips are lit. It has a timer on it that turns on and off at the same time every day, so I can go off to work and not worry about my plants getting their "sun". My plants keep growing, so they must be working!

I really love all the lighting options. I've been able to adjust the settings throughout a the winter as the needs of my plants change. It's really easy to operate and it's nice not having to worry about remembering to turn it on or off. The adhesive isn't great. I had to use the strips that come with Command Hooks to get mine to stay up.

I like have the 3 bars in one, so there is a light bar on each shelf. Seems to be working well. The first one I received one of the bars didn't work but the second one is working fine.

Length is “adjustable” just by cutting with a scissor. Needed glue to stick -firmly- to plastic. They are very bright with adjustable brightness. I will update on durability.

I got this product June 2019, worked great until last night. It will no longer turn on.

They are OK. I had to glue them onto long sticks in order to hang them over my plants.
