Perfect insoles
I have plantar faciatis and now own 5 pairs of these insoles. They really help my feet and are extremely comfortable. You get wha you pay for and these are worth every penny.Highly recommendation!

Better than my custom orthodics.
This is my second Redi-thodics. they are comfortable. fit my shoes. my feet do not hurt. Everything that i expect and need from my orthotics. I strongly recommend them. I have a high arch and a narrow heel. i will be using them for my work out shoes. My first pair appear to done better than my shoes. My podiatrist gave me my first pair. this pair cost just under $60 but i believe they will be worth it.

Foot comfort
This works great. I have super flat feat which messes with my knees and my hips. These work great. The only issue is I have to trade them out when I work out with a more flexible insert. I do this because these inserts crack with high impact activites. Taking them out when I work out helpd them last longer. Also, you have to get used to them at first. Your feet will be begging for mercy so I suggest just wearing them half a day for the first few days.

Important extra support
My husband had an earlier version of these inserts and was thrilled when I found these. They provide just the arch support in his favorite sneakers.

So overpriced
These Chinese-made insoles are of the same low quality as all of the other Chinese-made insoles selling at amazon (with their bizarre, computer-generated brand names), but at twice the price. One gets the sense that much of the extra cost is being invested in product reps/advertising to podiatrists. As far as the actual construction and features of these insoles, these are again a let-down: the arch is very low and will do nothing for a high-arch neuroma and plantar fasciitis sufferer like me, the supposedly firm insole is completely pliable, and the metatarsal support has to be affixed to the insole without any instructions regarding placement.

These fit my New Balance trail shoes perfectly no cutting just pulled the new balance insole out and installed these

The arch cracked on my first run in them. They’re good for walking around but not running.

These are good, but not great. & As mentioned in title far too inflated a price. If you need decent insoles look elsewhere…just so you know.
