I like this a lot. I've been using their black seed oil shampoo and conditioner since I ruined my hair with a keratin treatment three years ago, and they really helped stop all the breakage I've had since then. However, my hair still felt like straw and this coconut oil and chia extract conditioner seems to have changed that completely with my first use. My hair feels so soft all the way down to the ends now, I just can't believe the difference. I feel like this may have added a little more volume to my hair than I want, but I can live with that.UPDATE: Taking a star off of my five star review because of a shipping issue I had with an order I just received on 3/8/20. I ordered a 2 pack of the shampoo and conditioner and I could smell the conditioner as soon as I opened the box and just knew that the bottle leaked. There was no visable product inside the box, bit there was inide the white plastic bag the bottles were in. You can see the spilled mess of conditioner in the picture I posted with the review. I'm not really happy with how this came this time.

I love Mera shampoo and conditioner. It just feels right good vibrations. Not so much chemicals like in American products.
