It worked perfectly until...
Update: the customer service was excellent! The day I posted the pics of the ripped cap, the same day they shipped me a new one. My niece loves the cap and I'm very thankful because now we're both happy!I just received the product Wednesday 06-07 however we got in the pool on 06-09 due to rain. I brought the product for a 5 year old girl with shoulder length hair. However we twisted her hair to make sure her head fits in the cap. The first time putting the cap on, it fitted perfectly! Not tight and it prevented wet hair. We got out the pool to eat, & we took the cap off... After a few hours, it was time for the pool again. When putting the cap on, it snapped into two pieces! The cap was put on properly because I have previous experience with head caps since I'm a swimmer myself.

Great swim cap
Very cute and sturdy swim cap. It is so cute that my baby daughter insists on having a turn with each each time the older daughter finishes with her swim lesson. I will buy again.

Don't like it. It doesn't fit my 7 year old ...
Don't like it. It doesn't fit my 7 year old AT ALL. And I really don't like that I would have to pay half the price of the cap in postage because that's the only option I am given. I now have a swim cap that does not fit anyone in my home and I'm out $13
