Essential reading for money and life
The concept of the Cashflow Quadrant and the emotions, behaviours, AND values of people in each quadrant is the biggest lesson here. It is good to have this information at a very young age so you can guide your decisions with the wisdom of this book. I recommend this to everyone but i think this will be extremely useful for anyone coming out of college so they can choose a career path and a lifestyle with eyes wide open.Rich Dad, Poor Dad is also excellent but I have always found this a more powerful book. Read both.

Good as an individual book, a little repetitive if you have read any others by Kiyosaki
I chose to read this book after reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and finding it a good read. Kiyosaki's ideas are great and throughout the two of his books he often refers to people having read the series. I actually think reading more than one of the books is where the issue lies, as each one is far too similar to the other and it starts to seem as though the same message is constantly on repeat. "Thats financial intelligence" and "buy real estate" etc etc.I would also point out that this is not a "get rich quick" scheme to any potential readers, its a realistic way of managing and spending your money so the title is a bit misleading. Firstly, the book pretty much revolves around using real estate to make money and if you're here in the UK than you need significant capital in the first place to even consider buying any property. Kiyosaki make money in a high paying sales job in the early days, so if you're working minimum wage today and hope this can help you then you may be in for a disappointment.Key take away from both the books I have read is how to spend more intelligently on assets that make money rather than the liabilities that dont. Its amazing the way the book makes you realise how everybody falls into the trap of earning well but having none left at the end of each pay day.I would recommend this book if you have not read the others and similarly if you havent then I would recommend buying "Rich Dsd, Poor Dad" instead.

It's Really Good
It's a great little pocket book for anyone. I know it says for Teens, but it will be a starting point for anyone who hasn't got a clue. Personally, I loved it. Being a Money Literacy Educator for Kids, I gave the book to my 14-year old daughter to read and asked for a quick review from her. In her words, "mummy, it's really good, but it would be better if there were more money stories of adults and children". I asked her why so? In her words, "it will show how easy it is to do these things". My daughter does not represent every teenager, but her suggestion is worth noting.

Great Book
So I finally arrived at the cash flow quadrant. Thank you Mr Kiyosaki for imparting you knowledge, Wisdom and understanding of the financial world. One of the questions I’ve been asking - why do the Rich gets richer? Has been thoroughly answered in more ways than one and I have acquired useful tools, Wisdom and knowledge that will help me to modify my actions. I’m already en route to the B and I quadrant and this book has been an excellent guide and mentor. Thank you again and God bless you sir.

Useless miniature book
This book is designed similar to full version, but actually it is a miniature with minimal text and, I guess, wisdom. Bought by mistake from a mobile app. What a waste of £4!

Get out the Rat Race!
Robert Kiyosaki advocates financial literacy, which explain - in part - why those who win the lottery may all lose it if their mentality belongs in the wrong quadrants. Divided in 4 types, Robert Kiyosaki explains each category and gives his opinion on how you become financially free in each quadrant. This is a follow-up to RICH DAD, POOR DAD and might sound repetitive at times, but isn't it how we learn? By repetition, we might pay attention to certain things we missed out first time around. Essential reading for those in network marketing...

Good but please proof before print next time
This book is TINY! Which is fine but was a surprise. It gets you thinking which is great but there are two places where the text hasn’t been proof read and the sentences just stop. The page numbers are correct so I’m not sure how that could have happened. Hence the three stars.

Totally worth it especially if you have read rich dad poor dad.
I read rich dad poor dad and was skeptical about purchasing this one in case there was repetition. This book is so much more in depth than rich dad poor dad. It has opened my eyes even wider. I completely recommend this book to anyone who is serious about changing their life and getting out of that job.
