Practice makes perfect! It takes a little practice to get the hang of consistent sounds, but once you hear it and feel it it's on. I can mimic realistic sounds that wood ducks make on the water. Soft drake wheezing whistles, rapid chattering, it produces great sounds. I love it, have a couple spares in the gun cabinet, you never know! Get you one, you won't regret it.

Not as advertised.
Not at all as advertised. Not that I bought it for its color. But nowhere does it say in the product description “hey, it MAY look like the picture, it MAY not!?”. Extremely disappointed with that aspect. I probably won’t even take it out of the package before I return it because also, the end of it looks like a drunk man using a table saw cut it in the dark. Not happy at all with it. Especially for almost $20. I know it’s not the most expensive of duck calls but come on... really guys?! I coulda gone and thrown a half of a cork in a piece of 3/4 pvc pipe and made it look better than this!

Gifted to my 15 year old son. He said it’s easy to use and great for a beginner!

Sounds very realistic! I have a few other woodie calls and this one sounds the best, BUT if this thing gets the slightest bit of moisture or if it’s below freezing you might aswell not pull it out it will lock up on you.
