Sport Workout Hypoxic Breathing Resistance Mask Fitness Running Mask

Its a very easy DO NOT BUY item. It costs £30 but it looks like something you buy at the £1 store. The quality is very poor the headstraps dont fit well and slide down making your mask fall off just walking around not even excersizing the actual mechanism is a very poorly fitted plastic valve with no actual rubber to controll the airflow long story short it DOES NOT WORK! Im returning the item after 5 minutes of having it. Its a tottal rip off and a waste of time and money if you want a good mask try to do what ive done and go for the Training Mask Range some of the MK Attitude stuff is really good used by pross and forget this nonsence plastic toy for £30

This mask is awesome. It does train the diaphragm but it when you begin to exert yourself, it restrict the amount of oxygen you can obtain in a single breath. If you hook yourself up to a pulse oxymeter, you will see the oxygen levels in your body drop forcing your body to increase the alveoli. At least that is theory, seems solid enough to me since I've been using it for two weeks and I can hold my breath longer, longer pauses between breaths and more deep rhythmic breaths when exercising.Met my expectations.

Used it once for 20 min , it fell apart and won’t go back together. Not great!
