Fantastic mug!
$10 shipped. Walmart never has this model in stock and their price and shipping was just as much but I got mine from Amazon for the same price but I had it in two days. Lid from my big Yeti tumbler fits perfectly, too. No fancy colors but keeps coffee hot and my bourbon on the rocks stays cold for hours without much of the ice melting. My favorite coffee mug.Yeah there are no fancy color choices but the same size Yeti is $25 and doesn't perform any better. Get yourself an Ozark!

I have mixed feelings
First the good. It's a good size. I am not drinking out of a tea cup or a barrel. It keeps my coffee HOT in between interruptions from my 3 kids for a good couple of hours. So I am super happy with that. It's nice and shiny so time will "customize " it as all good mugs should develop. The down. The top does not close so if it gets bumped it drips. Not huge because I don't often close the tops in the house anyway and I did not buy this shape of a mug for the cupholder in my vehicle. My biggest concern is the handle is just a bent loop. Yes I can squeeze 3 fingers in but the edges feel sharp and uncomfortable. A little rolling and finishing would have made this a 5 star cup.In short good heat holder with a crappy handle.

Decent cup for a decent price IMHO.
I bought this mug because I am only allowed by the Doc to have two cups of coffee per day from now on, and I didn't want to pour 12 oz. Into my 30 oz. Mug twice per day. The handle looks like it would be uncomfortable, but in use it is fine as far as I'm concerned. It keeps my coffee hot for a reasonable amount of time as well. I do hope that that sticker on the bottom isn't what is holding the vacuum in the cup. It just seams a little wimpy, but who knows, it may last forever. I would just be careful not to poke it.My only real gripe is removing the kid. It tends to get stuck on and when you remove it, it rolls the deal in the groove in the lid, and you have to flip it and push it back into the groove. I may try a little bit of good grade water proof live on it like you use on faucet o-rings. I hope the lid doesn't come off to easy after that though. All in all a good purchase for a good price, I bought another one for home, since this one was for work.

Keeps heat well!
I was looking for a short to go mug for my coffee. This mug works wonders! Holds heat very well. I love the size and the handle is pretty neat too.If anybody ever buys an Ozark Trail cup (either like this one or another kind) I recommend buying a sealable lid with it. This does hold heat really well with the lid it currently has, but the lid that closes give you extra security for your drink and a tiny bit of help holding in the heat.

Ozark cups rock
Bought two of these for our annual family/friend camping trip. Kept our coffee hot for several hours, did not leak either. All Ozark insulated cups are fantastic. Way better than the expensive Yeti brands.

Great mug gets job done right
I wanted a mug like this one but I didn’t want to drop a ton of money on a yeti so someone could steal it. So I look and found this one and every morning I have Coffee and it’s nice because my work makes us have a top on hot liquids so I plop the top on and head to work.. it keeps everything warm for most of the day and for 12 bucks you can’t beat it
