I got this for my daughter. This product came as described and in fine condition. It is a soft case that wraps around the watch and hooks through the watch straps (take the straps off to put on the case). The fit is relatively tight and definitely protects the watch from damage. You can charge it when it's on and you can access all the buttons too. Also, there is NO smell. Some covers smell this one does not. The protection is very good. Corners and sides are protected. The stand works as it should. Worth the purchase most definitely.

As stated, there are two watch guards included in the purchase. For those that encounter a problem during application regarding smudges on the guard simply wear a pair of plastic gloves. Attach two corners, pull, and it folds over easily on the watch. Easy application and at a bargain price....UPDATE: With the passage of time the plastic guard to me negatively affected the aesthetics of the fine lines and general appearance of the watch. I then paid a visit to Best Buy to purchase a hard compound clear adhesive plastic covering that serves as a very good protection eliminating scratches or dings to the crystal. If one wants to preserve the integrity of the watches original appearance without any hint of protection being added this is definitely the course to take. The plastic covering could serve as a temporary solution for protection but to me not a permanent one.....

Customer Service is polite and thorough; professional and courteous. The packaging was Heavy Duty, which struck me a bit odd since the Extreme packaging is protecting is a protective device in itself. Then the Genius of it struck me like a hand heel to the head. The inner packaging is keeping the case in shape! Flexible yet firm, supple yet solid. Perfection, in all perameters of precision. There was just enough stretchy to the case and it retook its original shape immediately after. I didn't receive any directions, but it's pretty straight forward. I do have some advice: Be completely ready and prepared for the grip you will need to apply this case. Get the swabs open and ready, you will need to retrieve them one handed or have a second helper. Use the correct smudge resistant grip then swab wet, fully clean, then swab dry until fully dry, you cannot change grip or you will smudge it and you will see it, stretch the case over . I started at the opposite corner of the crown and muscled it. had to repeat a couple of times until it was smudge free success.I will report back with the wearer's review after she uses it for a bit.

After only 2 weeks of ownership I noticed a tiny scratch on my watch face and decided I needed to try to discreetly protect it. I decided to go with this case cover, since it offers the most protection.Pros: It’s barely noticeable unless you’re close up and really looking! I feel like it will do a great job protecting from future dings and scratches.Cons: It’s a slight pain to put on and not get bits of debris underneath. My suggestion would be to wash your hands thoroughly and dry them with a lint free towel before putting the cover on your case. Also, there is a very, very sight grid pattern to the material that can be noticed when the face is dark or in specific lighting.None of the cons are a deal breaker for me. This watch is expensive and I want to protect it as well as I possibly can without having to constantly worry about what objects my wrist is close to. I’ll keep it!

I was so anxious to have my watch naked and quickly poured over reviews to pick a cover. My Fitbit took a beating and I knew if unprotected, my watch would too. When this one arrived, it was easy to install. I’ve had it over 3 and have had no problems with touch or function. I do have a few scratches that are permanent, but they are on the sides and I’d rather them be on my cover then on my watch.I want to comment on the “tiny dots”. If you look super close, there are very small dots that cover the case and I assume it allows touch capability. In my opinion, it does not take away from the watch or the face.

The only reason I put 4 stars is because of the durability cause idk what the material is but seems like it wouldn’t stand up to a serious drop but it does definitely seem like it will protect from 90% of dings, scratches, and accidents. I love that it’s espeically for the Apple 4 watch, no problem there. The best part of this case is it does not effect the touch screen at all. I made sure to use the wet and dry wipes it came with and wore it tight on my wrist for about an hour just so the screen could really stick/seal to the outer protective screen. Overall, I’m impressed and would highly recommend.

Whether I brush my teeth, wash my face, rinse out some dishes in the sink, or pull weeds in the garden, water always collects under the case and does not come out. It's trapped. Dark part of face in photo is water. I guess this case doesn't fit my life style. I should wear the watch only when I'm walking out the door to go someplace other than home. But then again I may have to wash my hands. I'll look for another solution. This case is flexible but not crystal clear. When one see the watch face it's obvious there is a cover on it.

I tried the water based stick on screen protectors and found them to be a mess! AND takes a couple of DAYS for it to supposedly have all the bubbles out. This worked great right outta the box! I put it on easily and love it. Its thin so it's super responsive. In a couple of days I've had NO lag on swiping etc. Fits all the slots perfectly.I haven't worked out at the gym with it yet, but because of the way it fits I don't anticipate any issues.
