It was Okay for a bit
Hey, just recieved mine and i barely used it to back up all my photos when it suddenly didnt want to be recognized by surface go even though it was connected to it and lots of popups showed up regarding a power surge with this .Im hoping to get a replacement please if possible because i looked forward to finding a easier way to this.

USB ports don't work
Pros: Affordable and compactCons: Uses a lot of power when just plugged in without any other peripherals. USB ports don't seem to work, I haven't had success using them. I only ever use this for the HDMI port now.
