Vick's menthol is great for the cough drops and little inhalers, but it is too strong for this nose spray. And it does work really well for several hours because it has strong medicine in it, which is Not recommended for more than 3 days in a row, nor if you have high blood pressure. Make sure to read the directions and cautions.

First, let me say that the sinus runoff from this is horrible.. Use only for a short-term period of time, i.e. a few days, otherwise you may end up worse off than you started. I cut out dairy and found this was the culprit to my persistently clogged sinuses. Hope this bit of info helps!

I like this dispenser better than the glass container. You can always get every drop of spray out of this dispenser and the glass bottle for some reason you just can’t get that last little bit out of it.

The spray is very inconsistent, sometimes it just feels like nothing was sprayed into the nostrils. I didn’t feel any difference with breathing or congestion. It may work for you, but didn’t do anything for me.

This product is much more expensive in retail stores so I purchased it here and am very satisfied with the cost. With allergy season here, I use this frequently..highly recommend!
