I have a larger set of Saber knives. They are superior knives. I am a culinary chef. Superior knives are an essential tool of the trade. The Sabers are just such a tool.

Stay away !
This knife was given as a gift to 73 years old lady. One and a half year later it broke in two parts when she wascutting vegetables. No signs of deformation or excessive force. Its handle just fell off. Looks like manufacturerhad no idea about proper tempering technology. Will never buy this brand again.
