Awesome bike!
I did a lot of looking before purchasing this bike. I needed something light and compact but also wanted it to look good. This bike fit all those requirements and more. I'm not an avid rider really just wanted something for a bit of exercise and fun. The high end bikes were just too pricey and this bike looked like it had everything I needed/wanted. The small touches really add up from the fenders on both front and back, reflectors, the back rack, there's even a small stand under the bike for when it's folded and a Velcro strap to make sure it stays folded. I live on the second floor so it was important that the bike was light enough for me to carry up and down the stairs. I actually think those little extras add a bit of weight but they're worth it and I can still carry it when I want to ride and fold it for storage when I'm done. I'm very happy with my purchase and if you're looking for a bike that folds, is lightweight, sharp looking with all the bells and whistles ( well it didn't come with a bell but you know what I mean) to ride to work or to the park or even just around the block and that doesn't break the bank then this is one that you should definitely consider. I've owned this bike for a couple of months and still happy with it. I did NOT purchase this at a discount in exchange for a review and I seldom rate my Amazon purchases but this bike has really impressed me!

Impressive engineering, especially for this price.
I found a lot of things to like about this bike, straight out of the box. It was well packed with lots of protection against shipping scuffs. Assembly was easy in that all I had to do was unfold the thing, insert the seat post, twist the brake levers and gear shift into position on the handle bars and tighten their hex head screws. So, 15 minutes later it was good to go.This Camp replaced a vintage Dahon Mariner-7 which had lived a hard life as a sailboat donkey and had finally succumbed to rust and wear. My first impression is that the Camp has better components -- disk brakes, hinge locks, gear shift, chain guard, foot to help it stand when folded -- and weighs a bit less.Cons are few. The inner nut on the magnet that holds the frame closed when folded was loose, which might have led to the machine screw wandering into the disk brake rotor, causing all sorts of damage. The assembly has a nylock nut which bears against a plain nut. I will replace it with a nylock. Oddly a random spring was clinging to the magnet itself, as an inadvertent bonus, I suppose. So nothing significant to gripe about so far.Whether the Camp likes the sea air as well as the Dahon, which was a mariner only in name since everything but the frame and rack are rust prone, is not yet clear. But we have hopes.

The Joy of Riding a Bike Rekindled!
As a kid, I always loved riding my bike. I haven't had one for probably 30 years, since college. My wife and I RV camp now and I wanted something to get around with and this seemed perfect as it folds up for transporting. When I opened it up the box (very well shipped) the quality of the bike was so apparent (the welds, the paint, the disk brakes, the fold locks, the gears, the tires, all just beautiful). I took my "CAMP" for a spin immediately. I had forgotten the joy of riding a bike! The bike shifts beautifully and is so quiet including the braking (you need a bell for sure!), simple to get on and off with the low center beam, and the smaller wheels make it so easy to maneuver especially at slow speeds. So it ended up being much more than something to just get around with while camping! "CAMP" is parked at home and I ride everyday when the weather lets me! I have all kinds of plans for biking now including going fishing with it! Looking forward to going out today! I am so happy to rekindle my love of riding a bike (especially while I still can). I love it!

Superb bike!
Oh gosh! I turned 55 today and I got my bike last Thursday. I'm short, I'm female and I love my bike. I like disc breaks. I love fenders. I love the back rack. 7 gears is ok. I'd rather have more. It's so easy to fold down and it gets easier every time I fold it down or unfold it. It seems to be a well made bike. It comes fully assembled however, I took it to the bike shop for adjustments. It's best to get that out of the way so you can enjoy your bike. I live in a metro area and this bike is exactly what I need. I can't be any more happier with my purchase. I use my bike to commute to work, and every where else I can take it. Small enough to fit in a regular grocery cart. No worries about leaving it outside. I'll get stronger the more I use it so 29# won't be too hard to lift. Right now I can lift it, but I look awkward because it's almost too heavy. But shouldn't be too long and it won't be awkward for me. But riding it is awesome! I'm so glad I chose this bike.

Love this Bike
I wanted a bike that I could easily move around but would not take up too much space in my apartment. This folding bike has worked out great it's easy to transport and set up. I'm short and conventional bikes have always been an issue for me. This one I can adjust both handlebars and seat to my liking. I can exercise my German Shepherd without the worry of her knocking me off the bike. I did take it in for a tuneup as others had suggested and replaced the tires with a hybrid tire that won't puncture as easily. Most of my riding is on a paved trail but I still go over grass and dirt.

good instruction manual for explaining the folding and unfolding procedure
Arrived quicker than expected, good instruction manual for explaining the folding and unfolding procedure. Needed a slight adjustment to the derailer because it would not shift to the largest sprocket, very easy to do. The bike seems well made, and is one of the few with disc brakes. Also comes with fenders and a rack on the back, which is nice.

Well done
Compact enough to fit car trunk and find a place in apartment. Well made with attention to details - painted well, folding well, reliable parts. Easy and smooth to roll, silent.I'm an experienced biker, got this one for my wife and we are both happy with the quality.
