Don't buy this product unless you like being rolled out of bed in the middle of the night by false alarms. Not only does the motion sensor give false alarms but also the door sensors, and the worst part of it is that the alarm is a blaring siren alert with no indication of what even caused it to go off or which sensor it is. The complete lack of a user manual for this product makes it impossible to trouble shoot or even know what some of the functions do.

Doesn’t work at all. I’m no dummy and pretty tech savvy. I get signal from the sensors to the hub but it will not ever trigger the alarm. Then it starts going off randomly when my wife is at home with a newborn. Major disappointment. I would return it but I already installed all the sensors. Waste of money!!!

The security system just wasn’t what I was looking for when I got it. Decided to go with Xfinity home instead.
