Tried to reach out through seller messages and Instagram - got no response. Pretty upset that a company as “supportive” as them wouldn’t hear me out.So I'm pretty bummed out. I received my order today and the cards came in two sealed plastic envelopes. They were a little mixed up color wise so that took a while to sort out, mostly because I THOUGHT THEY WERE COLOR CODED. When I went to go stack them all together I realize that several groups are mixed in with other colors. That alone has me the most upset because... well because I'm type A and it irritates me.To clarify, the set is 104 cards, double sided. This may be obvious to some, but it was not obvious to me.The purchase description also says "EXPANDABLE: If you only want to bring a particular section with you to clinicals, no problem. Each Scrubcheat comes with a loose leaf ring to keep your cards organized. Also include is a storage box to keep them safe when not in use!"I did not receive a looseleaf ring for the set, much less for each individual set. Yes I did thoroughly check all packing to make sure I didn't miss it. That stinks because now I've got to go out to get one... or ten, however many sets I have, and I don't like to go out haha.As well as the missing rings, I also didn't get the safe keeping box it mentioned. Before placing my order I did make sure I was ordering directly from the page formerly known as NRSING, and I know I did because I followed their link from instagram. My seller information was their company - not a third party.I'm not sure if there is supposed to be a guide, or a key to go along with their color coordination, but I didn't get that either. So, that's all I have to say about that.

I was so excited when these arrived, then I got frustrated. the cards are not meant to be combined, which is stupid. Nursing classes are broken down into systems, so it would make sense to organize both packs together by systems. Both expansion cards and starter pack have it where one side is one system and another is another system. For example, the last card for cardio in the expansion pack has gastro on the back. But yet the last card of cardio in the other pack has respiratory on the back. This is how they are laminated. They should have been separated. I think I will be returning these. I bought these to make it easier for studying.

I dont like how flimsy they are, but overall they are convenient to have when looking at charts and trying to remember everything relevant. It's great for nursing students ts
