Actually the right size
ATM there's only 3 ratings with a low score. I can only speak for the 58.5mm tamper. It's exactly the right size, the finish is nice with decent (but not heavy) weight. For a no-frills tamper that's actually going to be the size you need, this is probably the best bang for your buck.

Solid tamper
High quality tamper. Feels solid in the hand, with good weight. The finish is nearly perfect, smooth all around with couple of tiny little nicks. The pictures do not do it justice.I have the Ascaso Dream, with its unconventional 57mm portafilter. This tamper fits it perfectly.edit// I just got the Rattleware 57mm Aluminum Tamper, and it is pretty much identical in quality to this one.

We’ll made, perfect size I needed
Desperately needed a 59mm tamper, as my basket size is a whopping 59.3mm diameter. This was just about the perfect tamper for the job. It’s not the fanciest, most attractive tamper, but obviously when you’re looking for a 59mm you can’t complain. Well machined and looks shinier than the pictures.
