Good one, comfort to use

Don't know why so many negative reviews abt this one but I have received a perfect one.Pros- Heavy wt, Sturdy and doesn't slip, dough doesn't stick and easy to clean.Cons- Previously I was using a wooden one. Those who are used to using wooden will take time to get used to steel . It's the case with anything new when you try! So stop complaining!

Firstly the quality of the product is very good - lovely smooth finish.Secondly - The customer service from the seller was excellent. Initially I ordered number 4 but was mistakenly sent a no 3. I returned this and a replacement sent to me (rather quickly) but once again the wrong number came. I raised this with the seller directly via amazon messaging and they quickly direcly sent me the correct number 4 that I had ordered (and let me keep the number 3 as well). Also the first courier stuffed up and took the item back to the place of origin. The seller persisted and sent me the item again via another delivery service. I finally have my number 4 belan - which is also of very good quality and finish. Nice and heavy too. Thank you ShardaMetals!

It is way smaller than it seems to be. Aata sticks to it even after powdering. Not value for money.

Used for Phulkas. Needs getting used to if you are using a wooden belan. Hand slips off the handle if there is flour on your hand unlike a wooden one. I kept a small bowl with water to apply on my hand that works. Best I liked was the hygiene. Good weight. Will continue to use. Good buy.

Is great to use when it is kept clean. Remember to wash it occasionally.But this is still a steel belan. It hurts quite a lot when it falls on your feet accidentally.Very Sturdy, your foot and floor will break before it does.
