I think it's working as it says it should cuz I will apply it and go out in the sun and I haven't gotten burnt once yet....I limit my time in the sun and even with the sunscreen on I try to stick to the shady areas but I definitely think this sunscreen works.. The only downfall about it I would say is that when I apply it it has a whitish color to it on my skin and it feels a little oily and so you gotta watch how much you put on your forehead especially if you have bangs cuz the bangs will get kinda oily from the product.. the whitish color sisterly isn't that visible to others Becuz to me my face looked allot paler whitish due to the sunscreen but when I asked others if they thought my face looked white they said no so maybe the whitish color of it fades after a few minutes...But overall I recommend this product because I definitely believe it works it's been working on my skin I haven't gotten any burn at all and you don't really need that much of an amount to apply all over your face it spreads easy ... Hasn't given me any burnishes or problems after applying it so yes definitely recommend this sunscreen I'll definitely buy it again

So I have been on the hunt for an all mineral sunscreen for my face that doesn’t suck and this one is not bad. For background, I have very sensitive skin that leans oily in the summer, but pretty normal the rest of the year. Chemical sunscreens melt in great, but my skin always breaks out in hives or they irritate my eye areas. I’ve had luck with Aveeno sensitive skin products before, and this was cheaper than some fancy mineral sunscreens. It does what it says. The consistency is thicker than I’d like, but it does rub in well enough with some effort and doesn’t leave any white cast on my medium ish toned skin. I could see white cast being a problem for darker skin tones. This doesn’t pill when layered over my skincare like some other brands I’ve tried. I will say that I end the day slightly shinier than I’d like, but not terribly so that I wouldn’t use this. I don’t LOVE this, but it is a solid backup option and I keep it in my car for days when I run out the house quickly or to reapply if I’ve been out a long time. Overall, a solid option for those with fairer skin. Probably would be a great option for anyone with normal skin oil levels. Give it a shot. Worth the price.

I’ve tried more expensive sunscreens but this one is the best at not running in my eyes and burning them during the day, which makes me more consistent in wearing it. My skin doesn’t feel dry or irritated either. I have worn moisturizer from this line for a while, especially in winter when my skin is dry and sensitive. I’m not sure how moisturizing the sunscreen is solo, but in combination my skin always feels great.

For context I am a lifeguard and use this for workPROS- sunscreen does a good job protecting skin and I have never gotten burnt with it- even being outside (in and out of shade) for 12 hours- it lasts a pretty long time and is pretty resistant (in water and sweating a ton)- It has never made me breakout or had a bad reaction with my skinCONS- it has really bad white cast and leaves your eyebrows looking super weird (almost blueish?) even after fully rubbing it in (which takes forever) - it almost turns me a couple shades lighter in the face- it feels pretty heavy and just feels like you're wearing sunscreen - I only use this for work so I've dealt with it but I would definitely never wear for everyday useOVERALLWhile there are some good things about this sunscreen, I overall would not get it again nor would I recommend it to someone else. The good things about this sunscreen you can find in others without the negatives that also come with it.

As you age, you want to take care of your skin; young people don't forget the sunscreen and this is the one I have been using for years. It conditions your skin while protecting it

It left a thick, greasy layer on my skin and a noticeable white cast that didn’t go away, even after rubbing it in for minutes. Worst of all, it made me break out badly after just two uses. Definitely not suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin. I won’t be buying this again.

I have rosacea and have learned that one of the keys to reducing flare ups is sun protection. Too bad anything I put on my face also causes flare ups? I’m glad I found this lotion. Aveeno in general seems to work well for me so I took a chance. It is chalky on my face but I don’t really care. I prefer that to red rosacea skin, which is my other option if I don’t use it.
