OK-5109h 21-Inch Crystal Silver Chandelier

Ensure you read reviews before buying this light. The canopy cover is slightly smaller so it might be a small problem to some customer but a small problem. Order a molding cover when you order the light.For the price, this light is excellent for this size. All the crystal/glasses are quality pieces. The whole light has good quality. Came with extra crystal and 1 extra bulb. The first time I turn on the light after installed, I was stunned.One other small problem in addition to the canopy, you need to put on 12 crystal strings. The instruction for that is not clear. I need to guess but again, it is small issue, you can be creative on that.

This chandelier was just as expected, with really nice glass "crystals" and well made. The chandelier is sturdy and actually a lot nicer than expected for the price! It arrives mostly assembled, but you do have to thread the wire and hang the crystals- we had it put together and ready for hanging in about 1/2 hour. The piece that attaches to the ceiling is silver, and nice, but not very large in diameter (about 4 inches) so we will have to purchase a separate medallion to cover the hole- which will only make the overall set up nicer!The only disappointment I have with this item, is the image makes the shade look to have a rosy glow, or even cream colored hue, but the shade is in fact, stark white. Doesn't bother me, but if someone is trying to color coordinate, you'll want to keep it in mind.

The only complaints I have are the instructions were hard to follow and it took a long time. Also the plate covering the electrical at the ceiling was very small and barely covered the electricians box. As you know, there is often a little play in the sheetrock so this was visible after installation. I had to take the light down, add joint compound around the box at the ceiling and allow to dry before installing. If you have an old ceiling or painted or wallpapered ceiling you will have to buy a medallion to cover this too small ceiling plate. In addition, the small wires used to hook the crystals to the light are very. very flimsy with very thin wire. Other than these problems, I am delighted with the lamp and it is really beautiful. Also, the bulbs included are NOT LED, get very hot and are not efficient. Buy other LED bulbs. At the price of this light fixture, you would think the manufacturer would include some bulbs.

Love this Chandelier!!! It is a great size for a master bedroom or dining room. I read reviews and was concerned with the plate that covers the hole in the ceiling but had NO problem buying one for less then $8 at Home Depot. I only which I had purchased a larger ceiling plate (Home Depot had several to choose from). The ceiling fan is so nice I think a larger ceiling cover would have looked nicer. All the crystals are GLASS which is very nice. I also noticed some reviews complaining about installation. Yes, it took awhile to hang this but ALL crystal chandeliers take extra time. Crystals do not come attached, electrical can take some extra time but ALL chandeliers take extra time (they have a lot more parts). Definitely worth the money and the time!

This is a gorgeous chandelier and looks much more expensive than the price. Really makes a statement. I have read reviews on this product on other sites and it does have a few minor issues. The wiring is black - get a chandelier cord cover. I use them anyway and it makes it look very finished and put together. The bracket is European so you will have to use the one that was with you former light or go to Lowes and get a universal one. The canopy is smaller than most US mounts and doesn't cover the outlet, but they are very inexpensive as well. Those few little drawbacks are well worth hanging this beautiful chandelier. Gives off a lot of light. Going to add a dimmer for when I want a softer light. The shade is very nice and big. The finish is more brushed nickel than silver or chrome which I was pleased to see. Packaged very well. I hung this light in my bedroom and I can't stop looking at it.

Beautiful! We were looking for an elegant dining room chandelier that was stillcontemporary. The drum shade is the perfect shade of white and looms great. Was happy the crystals were normal shaped and not star shaped like the photo shows. We elected not to hang the center big round crystal and I like it even better without. Instructions aren't the best. Took others recommendations to buy a chandelier "cross bar" mount and a 16" ceiling medallion to cover the hole and give visual interest. Looks like the chandelier cost at least $500! A little labor intensive but came with all the pieces. Would definitely recommend two people and good planning as it's heavy to hold up as you install. Great bang for your buck!

The chandelier is beautiful and if you can "fix" some of the flaws, it's a wonderful product for the price. The electric cord going from the chandelier to the ceiling is black and is woven through the silver chain when installed--I have another chandelier at home with a silver cord so I painted this chandelier's cord with a silver acrylic paint I had. Also, one of the connecting rings attached to a crystal was missing--I tore apart the packaging searching for it, but never found it, so I took a piece of silver wire and created a new ring. The chandelier would be a 5 star fixture if not for the flaws, but then that's probably why the price has been reduced. It only took about 30 minutes to assemble following the directions in the packet -- I purchased the 16" ceiling medallion to cover the recessed light opening where the light was installed, but the medallion center hole was too big and I couldn't use it with this fixture. The smaller medallion has a smaller opening in the center and would have fit. The kit I purchased for the recessed light opening had a cover that I used instead. I love the light and it was worth the additional effort required--
