Didn't slip off and was mostly comfortable..
Bought this for my husband. It fit comfortably and was very adjustable although he did say his bottim lip was sore after wearing it all night. It didnt slip off during the night. I was concerned about the fit due to him having a long bushy beard. I am only giving it 3 stars due to the fact that it seemed to make his snoring worse. I can't say this is due to the product itself.

ok, but too small and not adjustable
It definitely keeps my mouth closed, but because I cannot adjust the straps, it squishes my cheeks up uncomfortably, and I wake up with deep lines pressed into my face. The fabric also doesn't breathe well, so it makes my face sweaty.I would only recommend this strap to someone who has a small head. I've had better luck with an adjustable Respironics chin strap.

Problems with this chin strap
At first glance, this chin strap looks OK, but there are problems:1) There are two areas that use Velcro fasteners. One goes on the back of the head and the other on the top. Unless you have a small head, at least one area of Velcro will be exposed to rub against the scalp. Over several nights of sleep, this can damage the hair and, if you don't have all that much hair, abrade the scalp beneath the hair.2) The stitching is of poor quality in the areas that are all black. After just about a month, the stitching wore away, leaving two pieces of fabric free to flap around.

Works and comfortable but material doesn’t breathe.
This really helped me sleep better. It’s very comfortable. My only issue is that it doesn’t really breathe and it gets hot. It’s definitely something you have to wash often or else it will affect your skin.

Had to return.
I had to return it. It was too small. It appeared to be well made, but I could not wear it. my noggin is too big. Credit was applied super quickly and return was easy.

Works, but gets loose with time.
It minimizes my snoring. The only issue I found is that it gets loose with use and washing. Still, it is worth it to purchase a replacement every few months.

I have only used it a couple of nights but it seems to work pretty well to hold my mouth shut while wearing my CPAP mask

Smaller Size
Concept is good, however, I have a small head and couldn't get it sized down small enough for me.
