Button needs to be pressed for a few seconds before alarm sounds which can lead to the user getting panicked into thinking it's not working.

Nice design and a good idea, I wanted this so my elderly mother could alert me if something was wrong. One thing that was a bit disappointing was that the user has to hold the button for a little while before it sets the remote alarm of. I can see why the may have done this, its probably to stop it being pressed by mistake, but in an emergency the user shouldn't have to think about this, one quick touch should be enough to send the alarm to the receiver

I bought this when my husband was very ill so that he could call me to him from wherever I was in the house or garden. It is easy to use for anyone with limited feeling in their hands and has a variety of sound levels. It will also work giving just a flashing light. The set up directions are dreadful and in very small print, but once you've got it organised it's a handy little device.

This would be fine for a bed-ridden patient where it can be stuck to the bed post or locker, but for a mobile patient there is no means of carrying it. I made up a neck-slung pouch, but it is going off unintentionally almost every day, so is ignored. If the button was recessed, that could be avoided.

I bought this product for my elderly father, so that he could sound the alarm when he needed help. This product is not fit for purpose. Then instructions that that come are not the complete ones you need to set the product up. Got a second set when I complained it didn’t work. You have to synchronise the speakers with the main unit. Once done you can test the alarm. It’s very loud and there is no way of turning it off. What’s the point of having an alarm if the only way to stop it is to take the batteries out? I asked the seller for a refund, I didn’t get one. After months waiting, I threw this in bin! It’s was a waste of money buying this product, luckily I didn’t spend too much but that is not point. I should have got a refund and amazon should have done more to ensure I got one from the seller.

really good. the sound is loud which is needed. is a bit annoying that you can’t turn the sound off you just have to wait for it to stop. the button is easy to press which is great as i bought this for my grandma with arthritis. lots of different alarms to choose from and comes with two buttons so ideal for different locations.
