The build surface is great at adhering.
I only print in PLA on my CR 10S and so far the build surface hasn't needed any additional adhering products (e.g. glue sticks, hairspray, etc), I have even managed to print small/medium unwarped components with a cold bed just fine. The only issue that has occurred after installing the Magnetic Build Surface into my setup was a bed leveling issue, nothing to do with the product and only to do with my aluminum heated bed that had warped due to overtime heat cycling. Unfortunately, I had to remove the magnetic strip due to the above issue and now only use the magnetic build surface on top of a glass sheet, even so, I still consider the product value for money.One last thing, be sure to level your bed correctly or else the nozzle will damage the build plate. I haven't had any adhering issues with my damages so far but if you are careless like me I would advise using auto-bed leveling.

Worth the money
Easy to instal, prints stick brilliantly easy to remove. Best printing surface i have used fo far.

Only works for PLA
If you print anything above 210*C it will melt to the print surface as I found out when I printed with Silk PLA at 220*C. A single print and my surface was ruined. Only buy this if you print with PLA below 200*C
