Really good book, must read for everyone

This is a book full of life changing wisdom. As one who suffers chronic depression, these lessons have enabled me to have happiness. Not something I ever could have imagined.

Well written! Concised and straight to the point. Easy to read. I recommend to everybody. We just have to put into practice.
