Jaxx5 Foot Saxx - Big Bean Bag Chair for Adults, Charcoal

When the kids broke the couch, we decided to go a different direction for basement furniture. I bought two of these and have loved it. The kids can’t break these like the could the couch. Worth considering if you want something different.

Perfect for kids and teens. We threw ours in the middle of our living room. It has taken to kids jumping in it and daily use for about a month now and seems to be holding up well. Durable and comfortable on the skin cover. Easy to assemble. Fully filled and refluffs completely with a few flips of the bag. It’s pretty heavy. Glad we purchased this bag over others.

I like the color, I like the size. If you don’t “knead” the foam it will not expand properly. It takes quite a bit of manpower to do it but it will expand if you spend time. The zipper was totally broke, I realize it comes with a, childproof zipper but we couldn’t get this thing to budge, paper clips, wire, nothing worked. We finally had to replace the zipper. I did add two bags of filler because it really doesn’t get full as I like it. I had to ship to my son’s house in Washington and pay $100 to ship it to Alaska because , I couldn’t find any other size and the red color anywhere in Anchorage Alaska. Lots of work, but I think it will be worth having this comfy chair in my media room as I think it seats two comfortably.

Happy to get item on third try. Late for Christmas fo my son... he was excited anyway. Having fun watching it "come to life" as the stuffing expands.Packaging was very damaged.every corner was dented and torn.

This thing should not be called bean bag because it is actually not filled with beans, like what bean bags used to be. It comes with compressed, shredded memory foam in two separate plastic bags. You have to fill the bag yourself with it. It is a total mess. Don't try to do this in your home. You will be exposed to nasty dust particles of all size (including very small and air borne) from this shredded foam. The foam pieces are electrostatically charged and stick to everything. Very messy with a strong chemical odor. I assume that "EcoFoam" means it is a recycled, shredded memory foam mattress treated with chemicals to kill possible mites and bedbugs. Once the bag is filled, it takes a few days until the foam has completely expanded in the bag (as described) but the bag stays more or less fully inflated only if you don't use it! When you use it, it turns into a flat pancake. As you sit on it, the foam pieces get compressed and you are constantly sinking in. It never really stabilizes in a comfy position. Very different from the experience with a good old real bean bag chair. I wanted to return it but guess what: there is no sane way to take this foam mess out of the bag again and compress it back into the two plastic bags it came in, in order to fit everything back into the original carton box.

I needed a bean bag to go in the corner of my office. I was going to go with the 6' bag but then second-guessed and went with the 5'. SO glad I did so.The whole thing came in one easy box with two cubes of foam, lining, and the outer bag. Be prepared for a few pieces of foam to escape from you when loading the cubes into the liner. But they are easy to pick up after you're done. But it fit perfectly in the corner and always super simple to flip it to another side if it starts to look a little sad. Great product!

Big enough and enough support for him to sleep on

I purchased this product for my 17 year old son for gaming purposes, I was a little sketchy about it at first and even for the first couple of days seeming how the cover and the beans (filler) come separate but after a couple of days poof it was perfect !! its been 6 months since the purchase and its very durable and a lot of nights I find my son sleeping on this because he says "it's just sooooo comfortable" Love this product it was a great investment !!!

What can I say.. If you want somewhere to have a quick nap in your office.. this is it! Box was pretty beat up but otherwise great product.

Very disappointed with the amount of memory foam provided to fill this chair. After one week, when the chair is sat on still find that you end up directly on the ground. Replacement foam is available but appears very costly.
