Sorme' Treatment Cosmetics Smear-Proof Eyeliner, Charcoal

I read a lot of reviews trying to figure out which eyeliner to pick, since all the others I have tried seem to smudge after an hour. The reviews for this one all proclaimed that this was the one I’d been searching for! But sadly, this one ended up pretty much the same, it’s starts out nice but within an hour it’s slipping down my face.

I was looking for a liner pencil I could sharpen. Not the just the tip liners. This liner stayed put and behaved and did not smear. I rate this company’s product as super. Finally a liner that does not smear and is an actual product…( not like the very expensive liners that are only a little itty bitty TIP)

I read the reviews and decided to try this one. It's a very long pencil, goes on smoothly, and is waterproof. I will buy it again.

I love Sorme cosmetics. I've been buying from them for years. I tried the navy blue eyeliner and it smeared, from my upper lid and made its way down to under my lower lid, leaving me looking like a raccoon. Then I thought maybe it was that particular pencil so I ordered another. Same thing. The Grey one does not smear. Nor does the brown. I was disappointed that the blue one did because it is a great shade of blue.
