Forget customer service!
We had a problem with a Griffin radiator cooling a flat head ford in a '50 Merc. After talking to Griffin on the phone they were gladly willing to take a look at the radiator and check air flow as well as water flow. That was great, problem was when we took the radiator to Griffin the engineer refused to even access the radiator and refused to talk to us! We haven't solved the problem yet so we are not even sure it was the radiator creating the problem but we sure wasn't going to get any help from Griffin... BEWARE!!!
