Terrible
I couldn't see much difference in the numbers of bugs my horses were contending with, but even worse, both of my horses had reactions to the product. One broke out at the application sites, and it must have stung the other, because as I applied it, she started getting very agitated and tried to get away from my putting it on her. I would not recommend this product!

Like it better than the more expensive stuff.
Been using for 4 years on a mare with summer itch from flies. Works great and keeps ticks off too. I like it better than the more expensive stuff. Easier to apply where I want it.

Disappointed
I had high hopes for this product for one of my horses that doesn't tolerate fly spray. It worked well for about 2 days, then it was like it was never applied.

CAUTION RESEARCH THIS MORE
Caution this is a neurotoxin ..some hores like ours and many others (google it) became lathargic, loss of motorcontrol in hind end, depressed, layes around ALOT, vet couldnt find anything wrong with her, farrier checked out feet and no issues, suggested muscle issue but she didnt respond negativly to anything we tested... it dawns on us a few days later, shes slowly getting better. ..slowly.. the day she started having issues and we found her laying in the pasture....was the same day THAT morning we applied this product...(the test application in very small spot seemed ok... and she doesnt like fly sprays AT ALL so we seriously hoped this would work..and was happy when she let us apply it without any issues... it did repel some but not all the flys.
